Our Cabin Crew Attestation training course runs over 12 days (108 hours) and covers all subjects required under EASA-Part CC regulations. It is delivered under ACCTO licence to cohorts brought by partner organisations — aviation training programmes, academies and airline partners.
We don't just provide knowledge — we focus on your performance and practical skills.
Every session is designed around doing, not listening. Participants practice flight safety demonstrations, conduct evacuations, extinguish fires and operate in smoke-filled environments. By the end of the programme, they have experienced the situations they’ll face in the field — before they face them for real.

What You'll Learn
Every subject in the EATA CCA programme meets EASA-Part CC standards. All are delivered through a combination of knowledge sessions and practical exercises — theory is always reinforced by doing.
Aviation Principles & Regulations
The regulatory framework governing cabin crew — EASA requirements, responsibilities, and the principles underpinning aviation safety operations.
Passenger Handling & SOPs
Standard operating procedures for passenger management — boarding, in-flight, and disembarkation — including difficult passenger scenarios.
Survival Training & Emergency Procedures
Practical evacuation drills, water survival training and emergency equipment operation. Participants carry out these procedures — not just study them.
Fire & Smoke Prevention
Fire classification, prevention, extinguishing techniques and operating in smoke-filled environments. Includes live practical fire-fighting exercises.
Dangerous Goods
Recognition, handling and reporting of dangerous goods carried by passengers or in cargo — in line with IATA and EASA requirements.
Aviation Security
Threat recognition, security procedures and the cabin crew role in maintaining a secure aircraft environment — including unruly passenger management.
Communication
Effective communication with passengers, colleagues and the flight deck — including announcement delivery, which participants practise during training.
Crew Resource Management
CRM principles applied to cabin crew operations — situational awareness, decision-making under pressure, and effective teamwork in high-stress scenarios.
Medical First Aid
CPR, AED use, recovery position, Rautek manoeuvre and response to common in-flight medical incidents. All participants complete practical assessments.

Who Is CCA Training For?
EATA delivers CCA training to partner organisations — and can also point individuals in the right direction.
We Deliver CCA Training to Your Students
To run a CCA programme with EATA, your organisation needs:
- A suitable classroom
- Access to a swimming pool
- Access to a firefighting training facility
We take care of everything else — course delivery, instructor provision, all regulatory documentation, and issuing the Cabin Crew Attestation at the end of the programme.
